Observers 2

The Observers triptych was created during live streams on TikTok. The inspiration came from the viewers who watched the paintings being made. The strangest part is that I do not see them; I only see the messages they send. It feels as if hundreds or thousands of people are watching you at once, and you never know what they feel: their gaze may be full of anger or of kindness. And the most surprising thing is that the observers are real people on the other side of the screen.

For the triptych I used three main colours: white, red and blue-black. Red stands for aggression and anger; blue-black for the sadness of sitting alone in front of a glowing phone; white for calm, friendliness, spirituality and the viewer’s creative energy. This is the second painting of the three.
